Okpoko and Chaka (2019), asserted that restiveness among youth have become a nagging global challenge as this is evident in the upsurge in numerous restive movements manifesting in the form of xenophobic violence in South Africa, socio-political unrest in Sudan and Cameroun, religious and ethnic inclined unrest in Mali and Ethiopia, piracy and terrorism in Somalia, and the multi-faceted terrorism which has developed into the procreation of weapons and the rising of militias in Nigeria amongst others, have continued to question the leadership pattern of most African States…”

“…These includes; militancy in the Niger Delta region, agitation for self-actualization in the Southeast, religious terrorism in the Northeast, pillaging attack by Fulani's herdsmen on farmers across the country, and the general multi-faceted terrorism which has developed into the procreation of weapons, rising of militias and kidnappers in Nigeria. All These challenges have led to continuing economic hardship, growing need for tribal recognition, poverty, unemployment and accessible education, (Okpoko and Chaka, 2019).…”
