Current Problems of Use of Special Knowledge During the Investigation of Offenses in the Sphere of the Antitrust Law

Abstract: The paper shows the features of the application of special knowledge when conducting forensic examinations in the field of antitrust laws. In particular, it is shown that such examinations require deep knowledge in various fields, therefore it is advisable to create competition in this market.
