Perkembangan zaman modern di sektor teknologi robotika dan mekanisasi telah meningkat sangat signifikan dalam beberapa dekade ini karena efisiensinya yang tinggi dari aspek waktu dan tenaga. Pada sistem mobilisasi barang untuk pemanfaatan perusahaan, khususnya bagian industri dan bagian pergudangan, salah satu robot yang digunakan adalah kendaraan berpemandu otomatis pengangkut barang atau yang biasa disebut sebagai automatic guided vehicle (AGV). Salah satu metode navigasi lama di AGV adalah penggunaan sebuah sensor untuk mengikuti pola garis pada objek yang terdeteksi, yaitu garis pada lantai. Metode tersebut kurang efektif karena lambat laun objek pola garis di lantai tersebut akan menghilang akibat efek dari gaya gesek roda AGV, sehingga tidak lagi dapat terdeteksi oleh sensor kamera. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sebuah peningkatan metode navigasi AGV agar dapat menjadi sebuah inovasi yang berkelanjutan. Metode navigasi ini menggunakan empat objek gambar yang diposisikan pada area yang dilintasi robot AGV dan kamera sebagai sensor yang menghadap ke depan, sehingga AGV dapat dengan presisi mendeteksi pola objek gambar menggunakan bantuan computer vision menggunakan library perangkat lunak OpenCV. Selanjutnya, pola objek gambar yang sudah terdeteksi diproses oleh sebuah program yang dirancang pada perangkat komputer mini Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa metode ini mampu mendeteksi objek gambar yang berada di area yang terjangkau kamera dan berhasil menampilkan keluaran dari objek gambar tersebut. Sistem berhasil mengenali objek secara cukup akurat, dengan parameter jarak 10–95 cm dan melalui beberapa percobaan. Analisis kecepatan putaran roda depan dan belakang AGV dilakukan menggunakan osiloskop dan takometer sebagai alat pengukur kecepatan atau rotasi roda.

ABSTRAK Motor induksi merupakan salah satu motor listrik yang luas penggunaannya. Salah satu jenis motor induksi adalah motor induksi satu fasa. Pada kondisi tertentu motor induksi perlu dilakukan rewinding pada kumparannya. Proses rewinding sebelumnya harus ditentukan jumlah kutub, tipe belitan, dimensi konduktor, serta jumlah lilitnya. Praktik di lapangan ketika melakukan proses rewinding umummya hanya memperhatikan jumlah kutub, akan tetapi tipe belitan tidak begitu diperhatikan secara khusus. Pada dasaranya setiap tipe belitan menghasilkan gaya gerak magnit (mmf) yang berbeda-beda, yang mana mmf tersebut mengandung komponen fundamental dan komponen harmonisanya. Hal ini akan berakibat fluksi yang dihasilkan juga berbeda. Dimana fluksi juga mempunyai peran pada nilai parameter motor induksi satu fasa. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses rewinding pada dua motor induksi dengan konstruksi yang sama, motor induksi pertama (M1) dengan tipe belitan terbagi-skrew dan motor induksi kedua (M2) dengan tipe belitan terpusat terdistribusi, kemudian dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui paramater motor induksi hasil rewinding. Hasil pengujian didapatkan perbedaan nilai reaktansi dimana M1 nilai reaktansi kumparan stator dan rotornya berturut-turut 5,71 Ω dan 5,71 Ω, pada M2 nilai reaktansi stator dan rotornya berturut-turut 5,98 Ω dan 5,98 Ω. Analisis perbedaan nilai reaktansi motor induksi tersebut dilakukan analisis finite element menggunakan perangkat lunak FEMM 4.2. ABSTRACT The single-phase induction motor is one of the most widely used electric motors. Under certain conditions, the induction motor needs to be rewinded on the coil. The rewinding process must determine the number of poles, the type of winding, the dimensions of the conductor, and the number of turns. Generally, when carrying out the rewinding process, the winding type is not given much special attention. Where each type of winding produces a different magnetomotive force (mmf). This will result in different fluxes resulting in different parameter values for single-phase induction motors. In this study, a comparison of the parameters of an induction motor with the same construction and with different winding types will be carried out. The first motor (M1) is of the screw-shared winding type and the second motor (M2) is of the distributed concentrated winding type. The test results show a difference in the reactance value where M1 the reactance values of the stator and rotor coils are 5.71 Ω and 5.71 Ω, respectively, while in M2 the stator and rotor reactance values are 5.98 Ω and 5.98 Ω, respectively. The difference in reactance values was carried out by finite element analysis using FEMM 4.2.

The different kind of electric motor drive are used in electric vehicle technology. Each motor shows diversity in numerous features like power density, efficiency, speed, cost factor reliability and so on. One of the most popular electric motor drive is using Pulse Wide Modulation (PWM). The method can handle conventional strategy weakness such as switching tasks. The presence of switching losses in controlling BLDC motor to drive electrical vehicle (EV) is very common. The switching losses and back emf influenced the rotation of electric motor. They generate voltage ripple, current ripple, torque ripple, speed response, efficiency and so on. The ripples influence the smoothness of the electric vehicle drive performance. This research proposes the influence of PWM control to drive electric vehicle with monitoring the speed characteristic of electric motor. This research is simulated with Matlab and Simulink to obtained suitable frequency in triggering PWM module. The use of various voltage level at input gives varied speed response. The suitable range of speed response is able to drive the electric vehicle with high performance and smoothly. The research reaches a speed response is 4000 rpm it 4 second. This achievement is obtained with the input voltage 5 Volt. Due to smooth operation the use of PWM drive to electric vehicle, the stability and reliability of the motor rotation and electric vehicle operation could be fulfilled.
