“…It is worth pointing out that the Ba–Ca–Fe oxides can work at temperatures below 400 °C, much lower than those for the reference OSMs. Such low operating temperatures, particularly the lowest value of 370 °C of Ba 5 CaFe 4 O 12 , are advantageous for potential materials used in the energy-saving CLAS desterilizing waste heat. , …”

“…High-performance OSMs operating at 200–400 °C, suitable for energy-saving CLAS, have not yet been developed. These temperatures are within the range of waste heat from steel plants, which possess the most waste heat potential among industries. , Perovskite-type Sr 0.76 Ca 0.24 FeO 3−δ with an oxygen/vacancy-disordered structure is a cost-competitive OSM with an OSC of 2% with respect to the total weight although its operating temperature is relatively high (550 °C) . Ca 2 AlMnO 5+δ is also a rare-metal-free OSM, advantageous for O-PSA for large-scale plants, while extracting absorbed oxygen from this material requires temperatures as high as 550 °C .…”

“… Installation: The heat exchanger is positioned and connected to the pipe system as part of the industrial process, frequently requiring careful positioning [12]. To avoid stress on the component, which could affect its longevity and achievement, proper alignment and assistance are required.…”

“…There are five steps in the remanufacturing and recycling steps that can be compared with recycling, as shown in Table 4, where the length of embodied value conserved was calculated by multiplying the length of the WSS by the ER. (1) Alligator shearing: the same quantity of WSS can be recovered while the WSS is lost by shredding, while it is recovered by CNC cutting; (2) no embodied value of WSS is obtained by sorting.…”

“…The iron and steel industries are highly significant economic sectors, and are responsible for 10%–15% of the global energy expenditure and ∼7% of anthropogenic CO 2 emissions [1]. Global steel production increased from 850 million tons in 2010 to 1878 million tons in 2020 and continues to increase [1]. The generation of steel solid waste is consistently high.…”
