Current role of microwave ablation in the treatment of small hepatocellular carcinomas

Abstract: Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA) can be as effective as surgical resection in terms of overall survival and recurrence-free survival rates in patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
