Current Trends in the Development of the Housing Fund in Ukraine

Abstract: The study emphasizes certain prerequisites that create significant obstacles in the development of the housing stock in Ukraine. The analysis of the latest researches and publications proved the high interest of scientists in the study of trends and problematic aspects of the establishment and development of state housing policy.
