Abstract:Ultrasound plays an important role not only in preoperative diagnosis but also in intraoperative guidance for liver surgery. Intraoperative ultrasound (IOUS) has become an indispensable tool for modern liver surgeons, especially for minimally invasive surgeries, partially substituting for the surgeon's hands.
