Curve Progression in Idiopathic Scoliosis.

Abstract: One hundred twenty seven cases of idiopathic scoliosis were evaluated by measuring. Cobb's angle, vertebral rotation. Vertebral wedging. Risser's sign and classification of the cu ve pattern using King's method.Although factors concerned with the progression of idiopathic scoliosis were not completely revealed, it was shown that at the first visit the scoliotic patients age. Risser's sign, vertebral wedging and some type of curve pattern were related to curve progression.
