Abstract:Rosai–Dorfman disease (RDD) is a rare, benign idiopathic, non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis. The most common presentation is massive bilateral painless lymphadenopathy with fever and weight loss. Approximately 40% of patients with RDD have extranodal involvement.
