Cutaneous nasal malignancies: Is primary reconstruction safe?

Abstract: Background The nose is particularly vulnerable to cutaneous malignancies, making it the most common location for presentation. Recurrence of these cutaneous lesions is not uncommon, often compromising the timing of nasal restoration.
