Abstract:Both fluorosulfonyl and cyano groups are important structural motifs in bioactive molecules. Herein, we report a new difunctionalization reaction of alkenes based on fluorosulfonyl radicals, which allows for the introduction of the fluorosulfonyl and cyano groups into unactivated alkenes in one step.
