Cyberloafing of Education Personnel at Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah Universities in Pontianak City, Indonesia

Abstract: Cyberloafing is spending time intentionally using internet access unrelated to work, affecting work performance and productivity. In a descriptive study conducted on employees of a company in Banda Aceh, the majority of workers cyberloafing in the moderate category (63%), high category (15%) and low category (22%).
