Cyclosporin A Enhances Callus Formation in Rabbit Tibia Fractures

Abstract: Purpose: Drugs that modify the production of cytokines may affect fracture healing. The immunosuppressive drug cyclosporin A is widely used to modify the immune response in transplantations and in treatment of rheumatoid disorders.
