Cyclosporine A Impairs Norepinephrine-Induced Vascular Contractility

Abstract: Usage of cyclosporine A (CsA) after kidney transplantation may be associated with development of nephrotoxicity and vasculopathy, but the mechanisms by which CsA causes vascular dysfunction are still under scrutiny.
