Cystic Artery Pseudoaneurysm: Over Warfarinisation and Management

Abstract: Abstract:Cystic artery pseduoaneurym is a rare cause of haemobilia. A 78 year old man who was over-warfarinised, developed jaundice, upper abdominal pain and melena. He also required blood transfusions due to rapidly reducing haemoglobin. Computed tomography showed a cystic artery pseudoaneurysm caused by possible cholecystitis or gallbladder cancer.
