Cystic dissemination of choroid plexus papilloma: illustrative cases

Abstract: BACKGROUND Choroid plexus papillomas are benign tumors of the choroid plexus. Although typically focal, they can metastasize. Rarely, patients may present with numerous cystic lesions throughout the craniospinal axis.
