“…In addition, small hyperechoic foci appear at the interface between the walls of the distal cysts and the adjacent parenchyma. Clinically, the differential diagnosis includes all cystic testicular lesions, mainly of the prepubertal testis, such as epidermoid cysts, cystic teratomas, juvenile granulosa cell tumors, testicular lymphangiectasia ( vide infra ), simple cysts of the testis, and posttorsion cystic degeneration of the testis [4,16,17].
