Cystic meningioma of the brain

Abstract: Meningiomas with a cystic component are quite rare and account for 1.7–7.3 % of all intracranial meningiomas. The incidence of cystic meningioma in adults is 2–4 % of all meningiomas. Women have a higher incidence rate in comparison to men.
