Cystic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor: A Diagnostic Dilemma

Abstract: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors are typically solid neoplasms but in rare instances may present as cystic lesions. Preoperative diagnosis of a cystic pancreatic lesion is challenging and requires a multidisciplinary and multimodal approach.
