Cystic retroperitoneal metastasis from testicular seminoma, radiologically mimicking as lymphangioma

Abstract: Background Retroperitoneal nodal metastasis in a primary testicular tumor is not uncommon and usually presents as solid or solid-cystic nodal masses.
