Abstract:
Objectives: Etiology of gonadal dysgenesis and ovotesticular syndrome is unknown in a majority of cases. To perform cytogenetic and molecular characterization of a group of patients with ovotesticular syndrome and complete gonadal dysgenesis from peripheral blood and gonadal tissue samples.
