Cytologic studies of in vivo fallopian tube specimens in patients undergoing salpingo-oophorectomy

Abstract: Objectives: Recent research shows that most high grade ovarian cancer (OC) originates from the fallopian tube (FT). Cytologic evaluation of FT cells may enable early detection of OC.
