Cytological Analysis of Body Fluids and Comparison of Precision in Diagnosis Between Conventional Smear and Cell Block Along with Clinical Correlation

Abstract: Cytological Analysis of Body Fluids and Comparison of Precision in Diagnosis Between Conventional Smear and Cell Block Along with Clinical Correlation 4 micron thickness cell block sections were prepared from the cell button and the smears were stained with Haematoxylin and eosin and Papanicolaou stains. All the samples were subjected to systematic examination and scored as per the scoring system by Thapar M et al. [4]
