“…Each concentration of treated cells, untreated cells and blank was performed in triplicate in one plate and the experiment was repeated for three times for validity. Seventy two hours treatment time was chosen which is in line with a number of previous experiment, that the treatment effect was to be done in a time dependent manner [ 19 – 21 ].
