Dabrafenib- and trametinib-associated glomerular toxicity

Abstract: Rationale: Combined treatment with dabrafenib, a B-RAF inhibitor, and trametinib, a mitogen-activated protein kinase inhibitor, is an effective option for patients with metastatic melanoma.
