Abstract: N‐methyl‐D‐aspartate receptor (NMDAR)‐positive allosteric modulators (PAMs) represent a potential therapeutic strategy for cognitive impairment in disorders associated with NMDAR hypofunction, including Huntington's disease (HD) and Alzheimer's disease.
