Abstract: Mengetahui dan menganalisa dampak lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan peusahaan logistik sangat penting. Kepuasan kerja karyawan yang tinggi akan berdampak pada meningkatnya produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan.
