Abstract: Zusammenfassung: Die Benutzerakzeptanz wird zunehmend als kritischer Faktor für die Entwicklung innovativer Anwendungen und deren Markterfolg angesehen. Das vorliegende Paper stellt ein Akzeptanzmodell vor, das im Sinne eines allgemeinen Bewertungsinstruments einen Beitrag zur Analyse und zum Design innovativer Anwendungen leistet.
