Das Cogan-Syndrom

Abstract: Because of obligatory cochleovestibular symptoms the otorhinolaryngologist has a key position in diagnosis and therapy of this rare entity. Early diagnosis is a crucial prognostic factor concerning preservation or restitution of hearing function.
