Abstract: Das Hämangiom ist weltweit der häufigste mesenchymale benigne Tumor der Leber. Neben Lebermetastasen ist es der zweithäufigste Lebertumor überhaupt. Die Inzidenz ist seit Einfüh-rung sensitiverer bildgebender Verfahren und deren zunehmender Anwendung signifikant gestiegen [1,2].
