Das Korrosionsverhalten von sauerstoffionenimplantiertem Magnesium in schwach saurem Elektrolyten

Abstract: Unter atmosphärischen Bedingungen bildet Magnesium Oxidschichten aus, die im wesentlichen aus Magnesiumhydroxid bestehen. Die Schutzwirkung von Mg(OH)2 in sulfat‐, karbonat‐ oder chloridhaltigen Lösungen ist jedoch nur gering [2, 18]. Außerdem kommt es aufgrund kristallographischer Fehlpassung zwischen Magnesium und Magnesiumhydroxid zur Rissbildung in der Hydroxidschicht und metallische Oberfläche wird freigelegt.
