Das skrotale Lymphangiom - eine seltene Ursache des akuten Skrotums im Kindesalter

Abstract: Scrotal lymphangiomas are commonly misdiagnosed preoperatively. When ymphangioma is suspected, ultrasound and MRI imaging of the adjacent inguinal, perineal and pelvic region should be performed. To prevent recurrence, complete surgical excision is mandatory.
