Abstract:A data-enhanced deep greedy optimization (DEDGO) algorithm is proposed to achieve the efficient and on-demand inverse design of multiple transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC)-photonic cavity-integrated heterojunctions operating in the strong coupling regime.
