Data Mining for the Identification of Known and Candidate Transthyretin Amyloidosis Variants in the Saudi Population

Abstract: BackgroundFamilial transthyretin (TTR) amyloidosis (ATTR) is an autosomal dominant disease with significant phenotypic heterogeneity. Its prevalence in Saudi Arabia has not previously been investigated.
