The rise of COVID-19 pandemic has had a lasting impact in many countries worldwide since 2019. Face-mask detection had been significant progress in the Image processing and deep learning fields studies. Many face detection models have been designed using different algorithms and techniques. The proposed approach in this paper developed to avoid mask-less people from entering to a desired places (i.e. Mall, University, Office, …etc.) by detecting face mask using deep learning, TensorFlow, Keras, and OpenCV and sending a signal to Arduino device that connected to the gate to be open. it detect a face in a real-time and identifies whether the person wear mask or not. The method attains accuracy up to 97.80%. The dataset provided in this paper, was collected from various sources.

Colleges and universities are an important part of my country's education system, and educational equality is the embodiment of a high degree of equality in the education system. In recent years, Chinese society's requirements for quality education have increased year by year, and citizens are more and more concerned about the unfairness of quality education implementation. Therefore, it is believed that the problem of unequal distribution of various resources or opportunities in basic education at this stage is different from gender. It has positive theoretical and practical significance to deeply study the social problems of gender differences in education and provide countermeasures and suggestions to improve the equity of higher education, which will help to promote the healthy integration and development of higher education in my country. This paper uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the current gender differences in social higher education, deeply analyzes the current situation of gender differences in the development of higher education in my country, explores the reasons for the existence of gender differences in the process of Chinese citizens receiving higher education, and proposes institutional policies. The idea of guaranteeing equality in education.

Corona virus 2019 disease has spread all over the world and many people have died due to this disease. PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) tests are mostly applied to detect people who have this disease. However, in some cases, it is necessary to wait twenty-four hours for the results of this test. In such cases, the treatment and isolation process of the patient may be delayed. Therefore, the rapid commencement of treatment and isolation process by analyzing the symptoms, are of great importance. Using data mining methods can be carried out quickly specify analysis. Association rule algorithms are also among data mining methods. The most common SETM, AIS and apriori association rule algorithms are encountered. The most widely used is the apriori association algorithm. Using this algorithm, the frequency and association rates of the data are found in the data set. In this study, it has been shown that association rules calculated by apriori algorithm can be used in the diagnosis of COVID-19. By using the COVID-19 Survilance data set, the association rates of the disease symptoms specified in the ICD (International Classification of Diseases) International Classification of Diseases codes were determined. According to the results obtained; it has been observed that the patients with these symptoms are 100% definitely infected with COVID-19 disease when the disease symptoms represented by the A01, A02 and A04 disease codes are together.
