Abstract:Introduction: Mayer–Rokitansky–Küster‐Hauser (MRKH) syndrome is a female congenital disorder characterized by an underdeveloped or absent vagina and uterus. The first‐line treatment to create a neovagina is patient‐performed vaginal dilatation.
