DC and RF Performance of an N-channel Monolayer Black Phosphorus Nanoribbon Transistor

Abstract: Two-dimensional black phosphorus is a relatively new discovery. There are numerous studies on black phosphorus two-dimensional transistors that focus on analog and RF performance.
