Abstract: BackgroundAntiretroviral therapy (ART), which is increasingly used by people with HIV, accounts for significant care costs, particularly because of single‐tablet regimens (STRs). This study explored de‐simplification to a two‐tablet regimen (TTR) for cost reduction.
