Decay behavior of the strange and beauty partners of P hadronic molecules

Abstract: We extend our previous study on the decay behavior of Pc hadronic molecules to their strange and beauty partners. While Pc(4380) and Pc(4450) locate just below theDΣ * c and D * Σc thresholds, respectively, their proposed strange partners N (1875) and N (2080) sit just below the KΣ * and K * Σ thresholds, respectively. Using the effective Lagrangian approach as the same as for the study of Pc hadronic molecular states and with the couplings determined by the SU(3) flavor symmetry, the decay patterns of N (1875… Show more

“…(24) we can calculate the partial-wave projected tree-level amplitudes of Eqs. (8), (14), (19) and (23) with quantum number I, , S = 0, 0, 0. We denote T (00) 00;00 by V for simplicity and we have for ρρ → ππ with π-exchange…”

“…On the other hands, the two lower N ss states with J P = 3/2 − are below thresholds of all the studied V B strangeness channels. As we can see in a very recent work [32], the partial decay widths of the K * Σ and KΣ * molecular states have been investigated, and the numerical results show that the branching ratios for J P = 3/2 − N ss states are very small.…”

“…While, as we have discussed above, the present studied N ss with J P = 3/2 − decay into the P B channels via D-wave, hence the branching ratios for this kind of decays should be small [32]. In addition, all the strangeness pseudoscalar meson and decuplet baryons channels are above the thresholds of these two obtained hidden strange pentaquark states, so the decay channel with large branching ratio may be the π∆ channel, although the coupling of N ss states to non-strange channels may be not so strong, the phase space for N ss (1885) to π∆ channel is very large.…”

“…The decay pattern of the pentaquarks is another way to check their internal structure. In the literature, the decays of the P c states have been studied by many authors [24][25][26]. In Ref.…”
