Decidualized Endometrioma: Its Sonography and Optimal Clinical Management

Abstract: Endometriosis is a condition which affects many reproductive age women. During pregnancy, an ovarian endometrioma may undergo decidualization, which may take on the sonographic appearance suggestive of malignancy.
