Abstract: Herein, a straightforward approach using pulsed laser technology to synthesize selective hexagonal‐close‐packed (hcp) Ru nanoparticles attached to Cu nanospheres (Ru/Cu) as bifunctional electrocatalyst for catalyzing the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and formaldehyde oxidation reaction (FOR) are reported.
