College ranking is the main thing used as a basis to attract prospective new students. Prospective new students will generally look for related information from which universities are the best to choose in the future. In the ranking of universities based on the official page of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, the ranking of universities, both public and private, can be a reference for recruiting prospective students. The better the college ranking, the more attractive prospective new students are. To determine the ranking of a university, a decision support system is needed. There are many methods available from the decision support system, but in this study, the author will use the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje), which is part of the MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making), as a solution to these problems. The VIKOR method is a multi-criteria optimization method that can be used on fairly complex systems. In this study, the sample data used came from 10 universities in the city of Medan, where the initials of each naming were colleges A to J. From the results of research analysis using the VIKOR method, the ranking results were as follows, where college B got the first rank with the lowest score of 0. Then the second rank was college G and in the third rank was college H with each score of 0.248211396 and 0.304702661. For the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh to tenth ranks, they are sorted from colleges A, I, C, E, F, D, and J.

Politeknik Negeri Padang (PNP) merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri yang terdapat di Kota Padang, yang mana memiliki 39 Pejabat Fungsional Pranata Laboratorium Pembelajaran yang berikutnya dituturkan PLP. PLP merupakan pegawai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang diberi tugas, tanggung jawab, wewenang serta hak buat melaksanakan aktivitas di bidang pengelolaan Laboratorium Pembelajaran. Masalah yang terjadi adalah PLP tidak mengetahui dengan tepat waktu pengajuan kenaikan pangkat dan jabatan fungsional masing-masing. Sebagian terjadikesulitan dalam pengelola pada sub bagian kepegawaian dalam mencari arsip. Arisip ini selalu bertambah dan menumpuk setiap periode penerimaan. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan mengolah data kepegawaian ini dalam mepermudah dan mempercepat proses kenaikan jabatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam mengindentifikasi dalam penentuan prioritas usulan kenaikan jabatan fungsional. Metode SPK yang digunakan adalah Technique For Order Preference By Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki kehandalan dalam mempertimbangkan jarak terpendek pada solusi ideal positif dan juga jarak terpanjang pada solusi ideal negative. Alternatif dan kriteria yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 alternatif dan 3 kriteria. Nilai solusi ideal positive dan negative memiliki nilai maximal K1 yaitu 0.66, K2 yaitu 0.022, K3 yaitu 0.05 dan nilai minimal K1 yaitu 0.1, K2 yaitu 0.017, K3 yaitu 0.022. Nilai tertinggi dalam perengkingan yaitu 2 orang dengan nilai 1 dan terendah adalah 1 orang dengan nilai 0.0008. Sehingga penelitian ini sangat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi prioritas kenaikan jabatan dengan tepat.

The accreditation of a high school education institution (SMA) has been carried out by BAN-SM of South Kalimantan Province in stages starting from the provincial level as a recommendation provided to the national level as the decision-maker for determining accreditation. The accreditation implementation process is carried out manually. This process is carried out by both assessors and secretariat staff in charge of receiving and checking accreditation documents and reporting document inspection results and real conditions in the field that often experience fatigue and missing data. These constraints can cause the accreditation process's objectivity and even the possibility of "wrong value" to overcome these problems. We need a tool used for the decision-making process. This study made a multi-attribute decision-making model in determining the accreditation of SMA using the Eckenrode and DIA methods. The Eckenrode method is used to calculate the weight value; DIA is used to rank alternative decisions. This research is a multi-attribute decision-making model in determining high school accreditation by testing 50 data samples, producing an average value of 95% accuracy, and a sensitivity value of 93%. And specificity of 91%.Keywords: accreditation of SMA, Eckenrode, DIAAkreditasi suatu lembaga pendidikan sekolah menengah atas (SMA) selama ini dilaksanakan oleh BAN-SM Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan secara bertahap dimulai dari tingkat provinsi sebagai pemberi rekomendasi hinga ke tingkat nasional selaku pengambil keputusan penentuan akreditasi. proses pelaksanaan akreditasi dilaksanakan secara manual. Proses ini dilaksanakan oleh asesor maupun staf sekretariat yang bertugas menerima dan memeriksa dokumen akreditasi serta melaporkan hasil pemeriksaan dokumen dan kondisi riil di lapangan sering mengalami kendala seperti lelah, data yang hilang. Kendala-kendala tersebut dapat menjadi penyebab ketidakobjektifan proses akreditasi bahkan kemungkinan “salah nilai”, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan suatu alat bantu yang digunakan untuk proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini membuat model multiatribute decision making dalam menentukan akredtasi SMA menggunakan metode Eckenrode dan DIA. Metode Eckenrode digunakan untuk menghitung nilai bobot, DIA digunakan untuk perangkingan alternatif keputusan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model multiatribute decision making dalam menentukan akredtasi SMA dengan pengujian menggunakan 50 sampel data dan menghasilkan nilai nilai rata-rata accuracy 95%, nilai sensitivitas sebesar 93%. dan spesifisitas 91%.Kata kunci: Akreditasi SMA, Eckenrode, DIA
