Declarative Push on Web

Abstract: Push technology is an essential component of modern WWW applications. With the ability of sending relevant information to users in reaction to new events, enables highly interactive applications on WWW. What has been present in desktop applications for decades is only now coming online. Actually, the push is usually emulated using the pull technology, since, with the HTTP protocol alone, it is not possible to make a real push.
