Decolonizing and Indigenizing Evaluation Practice in Africa: Toward African Relational Evaluation Approaches

Abstract: Efforts at making evaluation culturally relevant have become central to evaluation discourses globally. However, global attempts at culturally responsive practice have not succeeded in incorporating African voices.
