Decolorisation of H‐acid manufacturing process wastewater by anion exchange resin

Abstract: Anion exchange resin was employed to examine the feasibility to treat the H‐acid manufacturing wastewater by column experiment. Besides the acidity recovery, the decoloring efficiency and chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal efficiency of the anion exchange resin was investigated in the experiments. The results revealed that the anion exchange resin was able to remove colourful pollutants and degrade a part of COD effectively, and at the same time reserve acidity in the wastewater solution. The resin regenerat… Show more

“…0.01-0.1 mol/L NaCl, Na 2 SO 4 and NaNO 3 was added separately in the H-acid aqueous solution to study the effect of ions strength on adsorption capacities. At last, the flasks were completely sealed and placed in the shaker at 288, 303 and 318 K for 48 h. The concentrations of adsorbate in the solutions were obtained by measuring the UV adsorption at 235 nm for H-acid (UV analyzer, Mapada UV3100-PC, China) [21]. Adsorption data were collected for all the above experiments.…”

“…Siqintana Bao, Hongxia Chen and Guangjun Jiang introduced the concept of logistics and simulation technology, illustrated the plan for optimizing the logistics of a streamline based on the software Flexsim and explained the process of simulating and optimizing the logistics of a four-line example with the software Flexsim [2]. In order to find bottlenecks in the flow, Han Yuan and Yabo Luo found the bottlenecks in the flow and eliminated the bottlenecks by simulation and optimization through building the simulation model process, setting the parameters and writing the code logic [3]. According to the step s of building product line using Flexsim, Lvlong Zou built the ESHLEP-N model of pressing machines at first, then studied the interface technology between the token, transition, and rule in ESHLEP-N model of pressing machines.…”
