Abstract: Plasma pharmacokinetic (PK) data is required as an input function for graphical analysis (e.g., Patlak plot) of single positron emission computed tomography/computed tomography (SPECT/CT) and positron emission tomography/CT (PET/CT) data to evaluate tissue influx rate of radiotracers.
