Deconvolving Native and Intact Protein Mass Spectra with UniDec

Abstract: Intact protein, top-down, and native mass spectrometry (MS) generally require the deconvolution of electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectra to assign the mass of components from their charge state distribution.
