Abstract: Topic Significance & Study Purpose/Background/Rationale: Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) patients are at high risk for infection during the pre-engraftment period. Current guidelines recommend fluoroquinolone prophylaxis for adults with anticipated neutropenia >6 days.
