Deep Energy Autoencoder for Noncoherent Multicarrier MU-SIMO Systems

Abstract: We propose a novel deep energy autoencoder (EA) for noncoherent multicarrier multiuser single-input multipleoutput (MU-SIMO) systems under fading channels. In particular, a single-user noncoherent EA-based (NC-EA) system, based on the multicarrier SIMO framework, is first proposed, where both the transmitter and receiver are represented by deep neural networks (DNNs), known as the encoder and decoder of an EA. Unlike existing systems, the decoder of the NC-EA is fed only with the energy combined from all recei… Show more

“…Additionally, we can see from Table 2 that the MAT-LAB runtime [36,37] of the maximum-likelihood approach increases significantly when either N t or M 2 increases. By contrast, when DNN-aided approaches are employed, the MATLAB runtime can be greatly reduced and remains similar as the increase of modulation order N t or M 2 , since the DNN structure allows the parallel operations in MAT-LAB, significantly reducing the communication latency.…”

“…Commodity concept that the orthodox view of Vietnam acknowledged is the views of K. Marx, according to which, "commodities are the products of their labor for the satisfaction of human needs through exchange". 23 According to this point of view, in addition to the Aristotelian characteristics, goods must be the product of labor. So, even if a valuable item to use but if it is not the product of labor, no crystallization of human labor is not valid and cannot become a commodity.…”

“…However, it requires a very large number of antennas to get an acceptable performance. Reference [22] combines the energy detection with deep neural networks. Then, [23]- [26] proposed the use of differential phase shift keying (DPSK), where the BS noncoherently combines two contiguously transmitted symbols for each antenna, and performs an averaging process over the spatial domain in order to mitigate the effects of the channel.…”
