Abstract:Herein, a rapid, effective, and environmentally friendly method utilizing deep eutectic solvents (DES) coated with glycoside surfactants was developed for the extraction of phenolic compounds in ginger peel. This method employs ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography with a diode array detector.
